Staff of RegioJet Trains Will Wear Bikini Instead of Regular Uniforms
Instead of the usual pink uniforms, the stewards and stewardesses on yellow trains will appear in speedos and bikini in the end of this month.
RegioJet plans to improve the promotion of their new vacation server. A part of their marketing campaign is a dress-code change. The company used the same promotional idea in 2012. “In addition, the locomotives will be covered by a sticker with the head of Radim Jančura [the owner of RegioJet] with diving goggles and a snorkel.” gave away company’s spokesman Aleš Ondrůj.
RegioJet has recently released the numbers of passengers travelling with their trains on the route Prague – Brno – Bratislava. In total, the yellow machines have transported 220 thousands passengers; 190 thousands people traveled with RegioJet in the first four months of 2017. The trains are always between 70% and 80% full according to the spokesman.
The number of passengers transported by Czech Railways is not available. “We will not comment the impact of RegioJet on numbers of our passengers.” said to Brnensky Denik Petr Šťáhlavský, spokesman of Czech Railways.
In 2018 RegioJet plans to cover the route Prague – Brno – Vienna 4 times a day with the full service of RegioJet.
