Brno, Oct 11 (BD) – Even if it is very hard to reach world stars, the South Moravian metropolis achieved to present once again some of the top artists of the genre at the festival.
Maceo Parker, Ernie Watts, The Puppini Sisters, Vojtěch Dyk & B-SIDE BAND – these are some of the names you will meet on the 9th year of the International Jazz Festival, Moravia Music Fest.
International jazz festival has been running since 2008, regularly in Brno venues during October – November and has a very strong international presence.
It surprises visitors with a wide range of top musicians from jazz music and related genres.
For example, you can look forward to performances of Victor Bailey, Ernie Watts, Kurt Elling, Brian Blade, Scott Colley, Fred Wesley, Maceo Parker, Antonio Sanchez. All these stars have Grammy awards.
Festival always gives opportunity to young musicians starting their career, too.
At the program of festival, there are young artists right between the greatest worldwide stars such as Kurt Elling, Maceo Parker, Fred Wesley, Anna Maria Jopek, Electro Deluxe and many others.
9th Moravia Music Fest will be held from 10/16 to 12/19 at Metro Music Bar and SONO center.
