Brno, Feb 9 (BD) – The project is expected to last from February until December, and cost CZK 750,000. The city has secured a subsidy to cover around two thirds of the total, and the remaining costs will be shared between the city and the local district. According to Petr Hladík, Deputy Mayor of Brno: “The first stage of the park’s adjustment will focus on greenery. VZMB will remove the invasive trees and replace them with new trees and bushes, and will also take care of the regeneration of lawns.”
